1. Introduction

Welcome to HAILO. These terms govern the use of our services. By engaging with our firm, you agree to these commercial terms.

2. Methodology

HAILO deploys AI-augmented DMAIC implementations. Our models are guaranteed to meet the objectives scoped during the initial Discovery Phase.

Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing systemic debt or data contamination within your source systems. Our models map what currently exists.

3. Commercials

Fees are structured on a milestone basis according to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

5. Ending an engagement

If our work stops delivering value, either side can stop it. We don't lock you in. Notice periods are 30 days.
